Separation and divorce
Spouses who wish to separate can apply for separation and divorce. The County Governor processes the application.
If you want to divorce, you must first apply for separation if you and your spouse still live together or have lived apart for less than two years.
English speaking users must, for the time being, use the appropriate paper form found at the National Forms Archive.
